11:11 (Grid NY 335 032)

It was a warm and sunny morning.

NWAS (North West Ambulance Service) called us out to a gentleman suffering chest pains at Elterwater Park, nr. Skelwith Bridge.

We were soon with the casualty due to the fact we could drive all the way to his location. He was treated and then handed over to Paramedics, who after further assessment, took him to the Royal Lancaster Infirmary.

The incident was attended by 8 Team personnel and took 1 1/4hrs.
