Two days of heavy rain were causing flooding all around the Lake District.
North West Ambulance Service requested our assistance with a gentleman who was suffering chest pains. Unfortunately NWAS was having problems getting through the floods and so we attended the casualty. As we finished assessing him, NWAS arrived on scene and we handed the casualty over into their care. Langdale & Ambleside MRT had followed the ambulance and were ready to escort them through the floods to their next destination.
