Incident 18 of 2021:-

On a lovely summer evening, Cumbria Police called us to assist after receiving reports of a man shouting on the beach at the edge of Coniston Water. On arrival, he was conscious but confused, and there was the possibility of a head injury. We carried him on our stretcher to a location which the land ambulance could access, and handed him over to the paramedics.
13 volunteer members attended and the incident lasted 1.5 hours.
