Incident 61 of 2024:-

The weather was sunny and clear when the North West Ambulance Service asked us to go to the assistance of a lady at Tarn Hows. She had slipped and injured her ankle, and unable to weight bear. Fortunately we were able to drive straight to her. The lady was assessed and her ankle splinted, after which she was driven the short distance to the car park. A member of her walking party then drove her to hospital.
