Skelwith 5th October 2016 16:35hrs 48/2016

The team were contacted by Langdale and Ambleside Mountain Rescue Team to an incident that they were involved with. We were asked to assist them in a search for a missing person whose vehicle had been abandoned between Coniston and Ambleside.

Shortly after being alerted to the incident we were stood down as the male had been located in Rossett Ghyll at the head of the Langdale valley.

In total 6 team members assisted with this incident.
