Incident 32 of 2023:-
24/06/23, 23.35, Yewdale Fells, SD303988
Just as we were falling asleep from the Land Rover rescue, another call came through from CUMPOL (Cumbria Police). Two people with torches had been seen and shouts heard, descending Yewdale Fells to the side of Mart Crag. Concerned for their safety, a member of the public notified the Police. A small party in one vehicle, armed with high powered torches, went to investigate. Nobody was seen so the vehicle returned to Base.
