Hodge Close Tunnel re bolted….

Rebolting of the Hodge Close tunnel

Team members inspected and re-bolted the tunnel used for fast  stretcher evacuation from Hodge Close Quarry. 

Bolts deteriorate over time and the Team regularly checks and replaces any bolts that are thought to have deteriorated.

Hodge Close Quarry has seen many incidents including climbers, divers and people falling over the edge.
